Water levels at the reservoir have dropped to the point that we have brought Well #1 online to ensure that our water supply remains adequate.  Since the well water is not treated with chlorine, Interior Health requires that the Village of Lytton issue a Boil Water Notice.  Laboratory samples have not found bacterial contamination in the water at this time.

The Interior Health Authority advises that all consumers MUST either boil water for one minute at a full rolling boil or use another source of potable water.
