Village Update
The Village of Lytton has issued a Request for Proposals to develop single unit homes on small lots owned by the Village (if feasible). These lots are narrow compared to standard single-family lots and the Village will consider small single-family homes, as well as tiny homes or accessory dwelling units (ADUs).
This housing would be for essential service providers in the community. In a recent Interim Housing Report, the Village resolved that at minimum two to three units are required to address existing demands for essential workers.
