Village Update
The Village of Lytton surveyed community members about Village communications and engagement from May 23 to June 21, 2024. An online survey was shared and promoted through the Village's e-newsletter, website, and Facebook page, and a printed version of the survey was mailed to property owners with their 2024 property tax notices.
The goals of the survey were to:
- Understand overall satisfaction with the Village's communications and engagement opportunities;
- Understand preferences for communications channels, newsletter frequency, and the format and frequency of community meetings; and
- Identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
A total of 37 surveys were completed, including 36 online surveys and one printed survey.
Staff presented a summary of the survey results at the July 23, 2024 Council meeting.
