Proposal
Zoning Amendment Bylaw (Temporary Use Permits) No. 777, 2026 designates all lands within the Village boundaries as Temporary Use Permit Areas. Staff recommend that this designation be Village-wide during rebuilding to reduce the approval and staff processing times. TUP approvals continue to have public notification requirements and Council may assign conditions to the TUP approvals, to mitigate any possible negative impacts.
