The Committee of the Whole Meeting provides Council with an opportunity for in-depth discussion and preliminary review of upcoming agenda items, strategic priorities, and operational updates. This format allows for open dialogue and collaborative exploration of matters that may later be brought forward for formal decision at a Regular Council Meeting.
