Village Update
On October 21 and 22, Village of Lytton Council and management staff met at Harrison Hot Springs for strategic planning. Council last participated in a strategic planning session in January 2023 near the start of their term.
The updated draft strategic plan identifies priorities for the municipality for the next two years of Council's term. The plan will also inform the upcoming 2025 budget planning process. The updated strategic plan will be finalized and shared with the community at a Regular Council meeting.
