Coffee with Mayor and Council is cancelled next Monday, July 15.
In its place (from 10 a.m. to noon at the Parish Hall and on Zoom), there will be a Committee of the Whole meeting about the Village's Official Community Plan.
What's a Committee of the Whole (COTW) meeting?It's like other committees, except that it includes all members of Council. The meeting allows Council to receive information, discuss ideas or proposals informally, and work towards a common understanding. At the meeting, Council may make recommendations, but doesn't make any final decisions.
The meeting (online and in-person) is open to the public, but there is no opportunity for public comments or questions.
