In accordance with Section 94 of the Community Charter, the Village of Lytton is giving notice that Council intends to adopt Road Closure Bylaw (Seventh Street) No. 783, 2026 at the Regular Council Meeting on: 

Date: Tuesday, July 14, 2026
Time: 7 p.m.
Location: At the Parish Hall, on Zoom, and live-streamed on the Village of Lytton’s YouTube channel

Road Closure Bylaw (Seventh Street) No. 783, 2026

A bylaw to authorize the closure of a road and removal of highway dedication bylaw for a portion of the Seventh Street road allowance, immediately east of Station Road.

Subject properties

The portion of highway/road described as all that part of Fraser Street shown outlined in heavy black below and on Reference Plan KAP152478, prepared by Exton and Dodge Land Surveying Inc.

Provide your comments

Anyone who believes their property interests may be affected by the proposed bylaws will have a reasonable opportunity to be heard. Members of the public may attend the Council Meeting in person or online and will be invited to speak during the Public Comment portion of the meeting.
