The Village of Lytton is providing notice that it intends to waive the requirement for a public hearing for the proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 766, 2025 (320 Main Street).
Local governments can decide not to hold a public hearing for bylaws that are consistent with their Official Community Plan, according to Section, 464(2)] of the Local Government Act.
The first reading of the Zoning Amendment Bylaw is scheduled to take place:
WHAT: Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 766, 2025 (320 Main Street)
WHEN: Regular Council Meeting, Tuesday, April 22, 2025

WHY: Rezoning the property from R1- Low Density Residential to C1-General Commercial.
