At their Regular Council Meeting on December 9, 2025, Council:

Authorized Chief Administrative Officer Diane Mombourquette to notify Extreme Excavating, Rivermist Excavating, and LFN Economic Development / Skwlāx Resource Management that they have been selected as pre-qualified civil contractors to use for water and sewer projects over $200,000;

Received an update from staff on Development Services activities, including building and planning inquiries and permits and the Village’s planning and development initiatives (Read the November 2025 Development Services Activity Report);

Received a progress report on implementation of the first year of the “Essentially Lytton” Tourism Economic Development Plan (See the presentation); and
-
Received a report on Road Closure Bylaw No. 774, 2025 and Road Closure Bylaw No. 775, 2025, to accommodate the expanded Chief Cexpe'nthlEm (Spint’lum) Park.
