There are many informal and formal ways of contacting your elected representatives on the Village of Lytton's Council. They are explained in detail on the Contact Mayor & Council page on the Village's website. Here's an overview:

  1. Email or call a Councillor using the contact information on our website. This is an informal way of having a conversation with a Councillor or the Mayor.
  2. Attend Coffee with Mayor & Council. This is another informal option. You can chat with any Council members who are present.
  3. Write to Mayor and Council by mail or email MayorAndCouncil@lytton.ca. Check the requirements on our website for formal correspondence. The Corporate Officer will check to see if you want your letter included in the agenda package.
  4. Make a request to present to Council as a delegation at a Council Meeting.
  5. Ask a question about an item on the meeting agenda during the public question & answer session at the start of a Regular Council Meeting.
  6. Share your input in writing or by attending a public hearing.
