The Village of Lytton is seeking proposals for design work, including architectural, civil, structural, mechanical and electrical for the Construction of the Village of Lytton – Fire and Emergency Services Centre located at 200 Loring Way in Lytton.

Questions will be accepted until April 30, 2026 – 5:00 pm PST. Responses will be issued to all proponents in the form of an addenda prior to close.
Project description
The Village of Lytton is planning to construct a new Fire and Emergency Services Centre to replace the Fire Hall lost in the 2021 fire. The Fire and Emergency Services Centre will be located at 200 Loring Way on a previously undeveloped lot. The Fire and Emergency Services Centre is anticipated to include the Fire Hall, Emergency Operations Centre and facilities to support the community in the event of an emergency. Space for an integrated Ambulance Facility will also be part of the design.
