Water Notices and Updates
There will be water system shutdowns for areas north of 6th Street during the week of August 10, 2026.
The shutdowns are required for the watermain replacements as part of the West of Main Street Sewer and Water Project.
Specific water outages are expected to affect the following customers:

August 10: Properties north of 6th Street, between Fraser and Main Streets, but excluding LFN’s IR 18 properties

August 11: IR 18 properties (all)

August 12 and 13 : Properties north of 6th Street, between Main Street and Station Street, but excluding LFN’s IR 18 properties
Shutdowns are anticipated to be 8 hours or less, but may be longer depending on circumstances.
Residents are encouraged to keep an adequate supply of water on hand for drinking, cooking, flushing toilets, and cleaning during this period.
Starting on August 11, there will be single lane alternating traffic on Main Street continuing to the end of the week.
