The Village of Lytton invites rroposals from qualified proponents to provide an asset management and associated advisory services to support municipal operations, infrastructure planning, and long-term asset sustainability.
The Village requires a comprehensive and integrated approach to managing municipal assets, including:
- Buildings and facilities
- Infrastructure (roads, utilities, public spaces)
- Vehicles and equipment
- Digital and IT assets
Current asset management practices are manual processes. The Village is seeking to implement a centralized, modern, and scalable Asset Management System (AMS), supported by advisory services to establish a sustainable asset management program
In addition to system implementation, the Village requires the development of foundational asset management practices, including policy alignment, asset data validation, and long-term planning tools.
The municipality recognizes its small size and limited administrative capacity. Proponents are encouraged to propose practical, scalable solutions that can be maintained by municipal staff using commonly available software, including Microsoft Excel. The municipality is not seeking enterprise asset management software or unnecessarily complex asset management systems. Simplicity, affordability, and long-term sustainability are key evaluation considerations.
