Background
At the September 8, 2026, Regular Council Meeting, Council received the preliminary designs of the pool and accessory buildings, which will be constructed adjacent to the Community Hub building. Council also approved engaging and signing a contract with Blue Collar Modular to plan and design the pool.

The Village is hosting two open houses on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at the Parish Hall (140 7th Street):
1. Open house from 2 to 4 p.m. (snacks included)
- Review Part 1 of the draft Official Community Plan, ask questions, and complete a feedback questionnaire.
2. Open house from 5 to 7 p.m. (dinner included)
- Learn about the Community Hub pool layout, ask questions, and share input (presentation available on Zoom at 5 p.m.)
- Review Part 1 of the draft Official Community Plan, ask questions, and complete a feedback questionnaire.
