Contacting Mayor and Council

Visit Contacting Mayor & Council to learn about how to write to Council, present at a Council meeting, or participate in a public question and answer period at a Council meeting.

Committee of the Whole meetings

Council may also schedule Committee of the Whole meetings to provide Council with an opportunity for in-depth discussion and preliminary review of upcoming agenda items, strategic priorities, and operational updates. This format allows for open dialogue and collaborative exploration of matters that may later be brought forward for formal decision at a Regular Council meeting.

Coffee with Mayor & Council

On Mondays from 10 a.m. to noon, the Mayor and members of Council provide free coffee at the Parish Hall (140 7th Street). This is an opportunity to connect informally with Council and neighbours. Everyone is welcome. Find dates on the community events calendar
