Residents who haven't yet let the Village know they have temporary housing needs, please email your requests to housing@lytton.ca. Recovery Housing Project Manager Jack Keough is leading the strategic planning of housing development for the rebuild of the Village.
Right of entry reminder
As debris removal continues, property owners without insurance or who do not have sufficient insurance are reminded to complete a Right of Entry Permit to provide the Village and contractors permission to enter and coordinate clean-up of their property.A reminder that as work continues on debris removal, access to properties is limited. If you need to return to complete the final collection of any personal effects, please contact Owen at sitesupport@lytton.ca.

By-Election Advance Voting
Advance Voting will be available to qualified electors on Wednesday, April 20.Polls will be open between the hours of 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Voters can request a mail ballot from the Village website beginning Monday, April 4. The last day to request a mail ballot is Thursday, April 28 at 4:00 pm. To be counted, a mail ballot must be received by the Chief Election Officer no later than 8:00 pm on General Voting Day - April 30, 2022.
Boost Your Well-Being
Starting in April, Health Emergency Services BC is offering a Wellness Exchange consisting of five free, weekly one-hour workshops designed to build skills in five different areas to help individuals cope with stress and adversity, while promoting positive mental health and well-being.
Participants will get information and tools to increase coping, communication, and self-advocacy, creating healthier relationships and building resilience. The Wellness Exchange is offered in a virtual group format with a focus on self-reflection and opportunities for interaction. Participants can join as few or as many sessions as they want.

Resiliency Centre Update
The Resiliency Centre located in the Kumsheen ShchEma-meet School provides valuable resources (in-person and virtual) for area residents, including a business centre, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and representatives from the insurance industry. Please use the lower entrance through the children's playground.
On March 30, The Fraser Land Church has sponsored free haircuts. It's also Tech Day, so stop in for help with any of your device, phone, or computer questions or concerns The Disaster Psychosocial Team will be on site in the afternoon on Friday.
For the Easter long weekend, the Centre will be closed for Good Friday, April 15 and Easter Monday, April 18 and will reopen on April 19.
