The Village of Lytton is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from food service individuals and businesses to lease a Village owned food truck or trailer in downtown Lytton.
The Village of Lytton is interested in introducing these portable and flexible uses downtown to service the local community, construction workers and the travelling public. Currently there are no food service operations, although in the next few months the Legion will be opening their doors as a membership, indoor restaurant.
The focus of the truck/trailer is to provide take-out options. The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to see if there is any interest in the community to pursue the purchase of the required truck/trailer.
