At their Regular Council Meeting on November 25, Council:

Received the November 2025 report on capital projects, including the Community Hub, Village Office, Fire Hall, Public Works Building (which is now complete), and sewer and water infrastructure upgrades;

Approved extending the deadline for three Village rebuilding grant programs from December 31, 2025, to December 31, 2026;

Approved the 2026 Council meeting schedule and Acting Mayor designation schedule;

Received a progress report on the Village’s Official Community Plan Update; and
-
Approved a motion directing the Chief Financial Officer to provide Council with a report by the end of January 2026 on budget projections based on future core needs of the Village and to include the auditor’s management letter.
