Village Update
A judicial recount held today, October 27, 2026, at 3 p.m. at the Kamloops Provincial Court confirmed that there was a tie between the two mayoral candidates at 45 votes each in the 2026 Village of Lytton general local election.
A draw by lot was conducted in front of the judge, and it was declared that Jennifer Thoss is the new mayor of the Village of Lytton.
The Inaugural Ceremony and Council Meeting will take place on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at 7 p.m. at the Parish Hall.
