Council has been asked to consider Development Variance Permit DVP2023-01 for the property located at:145 Main Street, Lytton, BC Legal Parcel A (being consolidation of Lots 2 and 2A, see LB307896) Block 13, Section 1,Township 25, Range 27, west of the 6th Meridian, Kamloops Division Yale District.
A variance is sought to vary Table 1 in Section C - Parking and Loading Regulations of Zoning Bylaw 484, 1998 forcommercial uses from one (1) space per employee per shift to zero (0) parking spaces.
